Late submissions (i.e. until Sunday at 9AM) will not be accepted.

Just to clarify:

We can submit P5 without penalty anytime until 6 pm on Dec. 3, but no
submissions will be accepted after that time, right? In other words,
there is no such thing as a late submission this time...it's either on
time (without a point deduction), or it's not accepted at all.
