Exception 12 Anyone?

I've never seen this one before and haven't found any posts about it.
Anyone offer any insights on this one?

That's a stack fault. Make sure when you initialize the descriptors via
Init_(Code|Data)_Segment_Descriptor() that you pass the right size
(USER_VM_SIZE/PAGE_SIZE) as the third argument. Also check the Intel doc,
page 183. Look at the error code associated with exception 12. Check
bochs.out as well.
