After several successful loading of process, I got this error: Could Not

After several successful loading of process, I got this error: Could Not
Spawn Process: Unspecified Error

Try having - in Spawn() - your program throw different error codes
depending on what fails (Read_Fully(), Load_User_Program(), etc.) and
see where it breaks.
